This course builds on the concepts discussed in the first-year foundational courses with a focus on Science and Mathematics Education. During the course, the trends in Science and Mathematics curriculum, teaching, and assessment changes from colonial time to today will be traced and discussed. The course also looks at the policies and contemporary issues in relation to Science and Mathematics Education at national and global levels.
