This course is to equip learners with skills of
Auditing and investigation in the public and private sector especially the accounting
aspects of finance. Financial Auditing in a decentralized environment and the key aspects of the course will therefore explore auditing by examining the institutional framework,
regulation, main sources of funding, key accounting records, financial reporting,
and financial planning and budgeting
