This course deals with cost concepts, cost accounting process and principles, and integrated accounts. The course covers introduction to cost and management accounting, cost concepts and classifications, accounting for materials, material costing, labour costing and control, overhead costing, cost accounting systems, costing methods and approaches to costing.
